The liquid through a
system of dosage, set by PLC, through the pump and
valve antidrip, access to the envelope during the
tension of the film and the time to weld.
The size of the
envelope are determined by two factors:
A) Width:
dependent on the size of the film and the adjustment
collar forming.
B) Length:
Mechanics or predetermination, if the film is
printed in continuous mode, or by reader Tacca
if the film is equipped for the centering of the
press itself.
The cycle "Automatic"
with a sequential pace and pause 1 second
interim (More time on the amount of dose of the
product) produces an envelope over and then
determines the hourly productivity.
